Balance is something

We all need to learn

To even things up

A twist with a turn

Our journey made smoother

Without bump but with bounce

The flow of energy unblocked

And controlled can enhance

Without it we may trip

Stumble and fall

And tip the scale

And not stand so tall

Learn to give and take

Put others first

Get the good from karma

And not the worst

We are on the seasaw of life

So dont tip it too much

A little is best

And too much is too much
