BIPOLAR

to all who suffer or know someone who does

And the storms rage

within the mind, of all the

feelings that won't be calmed.

Bursting forth in the count,

of one heartbeat.

Rushing throught the veins

flooding emotions with an elusive

kind of pain. Pricking every tender

nerve that could possibly be touched

along the path.

Exploding with volcanic

eruption of fire, encompassing

any and all who are so unlucky

as to be standing or lying

in the way.

As quickly as it appeared,

the storm quietens, then rain bursts

forth as teardrops. Flooding heart

and soul, trying to wash away

all it caused.

Then darkness sets in upon

the land where bright is not

the sun and dark is not nightfall.

Just a constant back and forth,

living in hell...
