Die Young

At that time,

Sounds of nature were wafted to the back yard,

You held her hands and said: “My Circe！”

I stood at the highest mountain top in the north——

a Buddhist bowl in hand,

for teardrops of plumflowers.

Although I know all the images in water

are imprecations which

Artemis uttered in anger,

I’ m infatuated with them

and kowtow on knees in an idle dream.

Evil ,hide at your dirty place.

Sneer at me!

Watch how my soul is stolen!

A mummery ,it could be.

Alas, why not drink up the opium juice

to share madness with Thomas De Quincey ;

Or , go into the nether world with bloody poems,

to serve Yama and his wife.

Let me look at the images in water once again

When all are withered , dreams in vain.

在尘世凋枯，梦幻皆碎时。
