[Life] Uphold Integrity

In this era of advanced technology, yet filled with fraud and chaos, credibility has become the most scarce resource. The more I find myself in a reality of information explosion, ineffective rules, and rampant scams, the clearer it becomes to me: only credibility is the true cornerstone that allows a person to traverse time, cross fields, and stand firm.

I have never relied on my background to succeed, nor have I depended on a large resource team or financial capital. The fundamental reason that allows me to establish a foothold in logistics, business, my circle of friends and family, forums, the literary world, and even the martial arts community, and to gain widespread cooperation and respect, is simply four words: uphold credibility.

It is precisely because of my insistence on credibility over the years that I have handled countless partnerships, from project development, logistics collaboration, platform co-construction to forum operation. Some were based on verbal agreements and trust, while others were formal agreements in execution. When others do not trust me, I trust myself first. What one can achieve in a lifetime is often determined not by ability, but by credibility.

I was personally invited by then Australian Prime Minister John Howard to attend the annual Prime Minister's reception hosted by him. This reception is one of the highest-level gatherings of guests in Australia, with fewer than a hundred invitees from across the country, and Chinese attendees are particularly rare. It was the evening of September 14, 2007, just before the third anniversary of the "Australian Rainbow Parrot International Writers' Association," which I founded. I attended the reception with Vice President Ms. Mei Zhi and Honorary President Mr. Wu Di and Mrs. Du Juan. I also personally presented a complete set of our 11 issues of the "Australian Rainbow Parrot" quarterly magazine to Prime Minister Howard (www.azchy.com). There was no application process for this occasion; it was purely a proactive acknowledgment from the nation of my long-standing reputation and cultural contributions.

Many friends do not know that I once served as a Justice of the Peace in New South Wales (NSW JP). This position is not applied for through connections; it is awarded by the Australian government based on a comprehensive assessment of your long-term community service, public conduct, and moral integrity. It is one of the highest symbols of trust in a person's reputation in the public sphere.

For example, at the beginning of 2020, when the world was engulfed in panic over the virus and everyone was scrambling for masks, I independently raised funds for ten thousand masks in Australia and distributed them free of charge to friends and family back home... When the supplier raised the price threefold and demanded full payment, I did not hesitate and paid immediately. Because I had made a promise—fifty masks for each family, and I must deliver on what I said.

In Australia, any certification issued by a JP is recognized by the government, banks, and courts for its credibility. This is not only an honor but also a responsibility. I have never abused this identity; instead, I am even more vigilant with every signature and every word, ensuring that I live up to the phrase "public trust."

Moreover, it is precisely because I have long adhered to integrity in various fields, not seeking fame or profit, and not forming cliques, that many leaders, high-ranking officials, and successors from different schools, as well as several truly skilled and respected seniors in the martial arts community, are willing to serve as honorary presidents, advisors, and other positions in the Australian International Qigong Tai Chi Academy that I founded. This itself is a silent testament to the establishment of a high-dimensional "personal credit scoring system."

In the logistics system, I started designing the "smart logistics prototype" as early as 1997. At that time, I was clear that no matter how intelligent the system is or how high the efficiency, if people do not keep their promises, the entire structure will collapse in an instant. Therefore, I adhere to one principle: not to owe a single penny! Not to break any promise!

Whether it's transportation companies, customs clearance agents, or yards, fleets, terminal warehouses, and port operating units, once I agree to the fees, I never shirk responsibility, never haggle, and never deliberately delay payments. It is precisely because of this decades-long consistent reputation that my logistics system can integrate and dispatch over 5,000 different types of transport vehicles in Australia and overseas, maintaining stable cooperation with partner agents in multiple countries and regions for over ten years, and in some cases, even over twenty years.

I have always believed that the strength of a system does not rely on advertising, but on a long-term stable credit mechanism.

Not only in business and logistics, but also in the cultural and literary field, I have upheld the credibility of the two words with my actions. Around 2004, I founded the Australian Rainbow Parrot International Writers' Association and personally edited 21 issues of the printed quarterly, never delaying a single issue, never going back on my word regarding manuscript rejections, and never making empty promises about publication.

Many authors who submit their works have suffered losses and been deceived on other literary platforms, but when it comes to me, their works will be published as they should be, printed as they should be. Sometimes I even cover the printing and mailing costs myself, simply because I cannot go back on my word.

It is precisely because of this persistence that the National Library of Australia officially recognized the two websites I established —

• Australian Longwind Information Network (www.australianwinner.com)

• Australian Rainbow Parrot International Writers' Association website (www.azchy.com)

Permanently included in the national literature database and regarded as a long-term culturally valuable online resource. At the same time, the print quarterly I founded, "Australian Rainbow Parrot," has also been collected by the National Library of Australia in Canberra and the Modern Literature Museum in Beijing, China, becoming official archival materials in the literary fields of both Australia and China.

All of this was not achieved through technical means, nor through packaging or luck, but because I have continuously updated, maintained long-term stable operations, and insisted on publishing high-quality original content for nearly twenty years, establishing a "public credibility that the country can trust" in the cultural field. In this era filled with fraud and pretense, only credibility itself is the passport to systemic trust.

Not only online, but I also always uphold this bottom line offline. Someone once asked me, "Isn't it tiring to keep your promises like this? Others default on their debts and take advantage, why do you have to make things difficult for yourself?" I answered simply, "Because I want to go far. It's not about seeking short-term gains, but about living a life without regrets." I would rather suffer losses, give up profits, and sacrifice earnings than waver in my commitments.

Over the years, I have handled countless partnerships, from project development, logistics collaboration, platform co-construction to forum operation. Sometimes, even before the contract is signed, I treat a verbal agreement as a formal contract to execute. If others don’t believe it, I believe in myself first. What one can achieve in life often depends not on ability, but on whether others trust you.

In the past, I have faced others' requests multiple times, and even without written documents, as long as I agreed, I would definitely fulfill my part. Even if the other party later failed to keep their promise, I would still honor my commitment. This is not weakness, but rather my insistence on the two words "credibility." Even if the other party is untrustworthy, I do not allow myself to break my promise.

In forums, communities, collaborations, and among friends and family, I am the same. If a friend borrows money and I agree, I never rush them; if an online acquaintance trusts me and sends works, documents, or materials from afar, I will definitely return them intact as promised. I know that these details are what truly determine whether a person can win the future.

Even in this era, where people have become accustomed to shirking responsibility, deceiving others, and making empty promises; even when the law cannot restrain the actions of some individuals, I still choose to be a person who follows through on their words and acts on what they say.

Because I believe that the true passport that can last a lifetime is not wealth, not power, but credibility.

Today, no matter how advanced technology is, how powerful AI becomes, or how complex structures are, if you lack credibility, you cannot establish any truly lasting system. The reason I have been able to span from logistics to culture, from forums to systems, from Tai Chi studios to national libraries, and stand firm along the way, is not due to means, but rather the "credit value" accumulated every minute and every second.

Reputation is the foundation of all my systems, articles, and thoughts. Without reputation, nothing stands.
