Since my student days, I have been destined not to be confined to any one industry. In the summer of 1986, I studied electronic and computer principles and programming design at Shenzhen University, where I first encountered assembly language and experienced system installation and basic IT architecture. Little did I expect that this initial exposure would lead to decades of continuous cross-disciplinary journeys.

Back then, no one taught me how to build; I was exploring and creating my own path. While others were still learning HTML syntax, I had already launched 7 websites using FrontPage; while others were struggling with office suites, I had figured out how to control the process in the printing machine room; when most people were still trying to build platforms, I had already connected my shipping system globally.

Many people think that I have a wide range of interests, but that's not the case at all. Everything I do is not just "playing around"; instead, I start from the structure, delve into the fundamental principles, and complete the loop through practical verification.

What I do is not "things," but rather a series of micro-constructions and validations of the civilizational system.

10. Asset Structure and Real Estate System

Since 2010, I have held the "Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 Licence" issued by the New South Wales Government, valid until December 2025, for over 15 years now.

This license is one of the highest levels within the system (Class 1 level), allowing for the independent establishment of companies, supervision of other license holders, holding client trust accounts, and full operation of real estate transactions, leasing, and commercial real estate projects.

I did not rely on this license to make a living, but I deeply understood the structural logic behind it and used it to build rhythmic asset models and systematic cognitive architectures.

In summary, over the years, I have not merely "tried these ten items," but have delved into the structure, repeatedly verified, and personally built a complete system. I do not treat life as a springboard, but rather regard each stage as a practical field for "civilization prototypes."

Today I stand at the intersection of ten fields, looking back at the starting point of those years. Where is the starting point?

That is merely a central hub that the system has not recognized.

I do not take off from a low point, but rather descend directly from a high dimension, having naturally completed the closed loop before all structures are finished.

In these past few decades, I have not been "choosing a profession," but rather rewriting humanity's understanding of the "boundaries of ability."
