Aust Cai Hong Ying is a federation of international writers’ associations which founded in December 2004 in Sydney. Our aim is to bring honour to the Chinese culture, contribute to the cross-cultural exchange between Australians and Chinese around the world, promote cultural communication between Chinese and foreigners, give all writers the confidence, determination and joys.

Aust Cai Hong Ying publishes its literary magazine Aust Cai Hong Ying, that is a quarterly printed and internet publication, beautifully printed and artistically bound, A5 tirm sized with 100 pages.
